Skyline Development, LLC is owned by Kevin Weisbeck and Aaron Waldo. Our staff has over 50 years of hotel management and operations experience. Skyline Development currently manages hotels in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico; Glendive, Montana; Overland Park, Kansas and Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Skyline has ample experience operating limited service, full service and extended stay hotels.
K&M Development, LLC, was formed for the purpose of development, owning and operating hotels. It is owned by Kevin Weisbeck and Max Pfeiffer. Collectively, they have over 30 years of hospitality management and operations experience. K&M Development currently owns and operates hotels in Raton, New Mexico.
