Kevin J. Weisbeck started in the hospitality industry in the 1980's building hotels for the Super 8 Franchise. As the years progressed, he expanded his capabilities to include development, construction and operations of hotels. Kevin is the owner of Quest Development & Construction Inc. Quest Development has been building hotels since 1991.  

Quest Development & Construction, Inc., owned by Kevin Weisbeck, is a nationally license and recognized hotel developer. Quest Development has developed properties in Castle Rock, Colorado; Durango, Colorado; Pueblo, Colorado; Trinidad, Colorado; Louisa, Kentucky; Glendive, Montana; Las Vegas, New Mexico; Truth or Consequences, New Mexico; Lehi, Utah; Overland Park, Kansas; and Park City, Utah. Quest has developed several franchises including for the Super 8 Hotels, Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites, Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Staybridge Suites, Hampton Inn & Suites, Candlewood Suites and Comfort Inn franchises. Quest has constructed properties for 3rd parties in Virginia, West Virginia, Montana, Kansas, North Carolina, Florida, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and California. Quest Development has developed and constructed projects totaling over $250 million.

Kevin Weisbeck has also owned hotel management companies, such as K&M Development, LLC and Skyline Development, LLC.

Skyline Development LLC, owned by Kevin Weisbeck and Aaron Waldo, possesses a staff with over 50 years of management and operations in the hotel industry. Skyline Development currently operates hotels in Durango, Colorado; Truth or Consequences, New Mexico; Glendive, Montana; Overland Park, Kansas and Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Skyline has ample experience operating limited service, full service and extended stay hotels.

K&M Development, LLC, was formed for the purpose of development, owning and operating hotels. It is owned by Kevin and Max Pfeiffer. Collectively, they have over 30 years of hospitality management and operations experience. K&M Development currently owns and operates hotels in Trinidad, Colorado and Raton, New Mexico
